Solve : Entertainment for PC's everywhere?

Answer» http://www.rjlsoftware.com/software/entertainment/

These programs are designed to CAUSE harmless fun at the expense of the person running it. I use 'em myself. They include:

  • A start menu that runs away from you
  • A fake shut-down
  • A SERIOUS monitor error (fake)
  • Pretending to delete C:\WINDOWS

And a whole lot more! It's all shareware, no money. No program is over 300 KB to download, so it's not that bad a d/l unless you're on dial-up. (If you are, I'm so sorry. )

Also, check out this fun game. Let's you hammer, shoot, bug, burn and stamp your desktop without damaging anything. When I'm ticked at my computer, I hit "3" and gun my screen.

These are hilarious and fun; try them out!

(NOTE: I've seen cases where the "Follow Me" program kinda screws up your start BUTTON. If that happens, don't restart as they say; just resize your toolbar up once and down once. It'll be corrected.)

Pic of me gunning my "Desktop Games" FOLDER with all my pranks:

These have been around for some TIME and the look on the victims face can be priceless!

One warning though, most good AV systems will see a lot of these as hostile and block them.

Most decent HOSTS files will block access to these downloads anyway because of the referrer:
http://media.fastclick.net/blah/blah/blah

If they use a referrer like fastclick and their disclaimer is worded in the way it is, I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole!

I may download a few and check them out.
