Answer» In 2012 I purchased (by email) and received a letter from M/Office to download Microsoft Office 2010.
I am now trying to download (as I am entitled to) a copy for my new notebook (Windows 10) assuming it will ACCEPT the program.
I am having difficulty in completing a download. I now cannot contact the PEOPLE in question (I can attach a copy of the email if wanted)
I cannot ring the US as I am in Australia and would prefer to email anyway.

I did ring M/S in Sydney, but I could not understand nor hear them - I gave them my email address but I DOUBT they will reply. I was going to explain everything to them.Have you tried their online CHAT?
Have you tried what OTHERS have suggested on the other forums you have posted on.
