Solve : e-mail error messages?

Whenever I receive mail from a specific person the mail is always sent to the Spam box with the following error MESSAGES attached regardless of whether or not my spam filters are set. Can anyone explain the errors please? Are they standard to all providers or unique to the mail system being used?

What email program, Windows version?Win XP Home SP.2 fully updated. E-mail is freebie Webmail.NewZealand.Co.NZI'm not FAMILIAR with this email program. If it comes from your ISP, you should contact them.
