Answer» hi all. my question is, can i download sp1 to a CD from the microsoft website?
i have looked and can't see how.. seems the only way is to do and automatic UPDATE?
and this computer is already up to date, it's another computer i need updated..
i can't connect to the internet with the other, because i can't install my routers software from the CD
it rejects the CD and says i need SP1+ or SP3+ before i can carry out the installation

Dias de verano beat me to it. You can download SP2 from the link he posted. And, yes, you can burn that file to a CD if you wish.thank you, saved me a lot of time, honestly couldn't see that link ANYWHERE..
