I didnt find anything regarding this issue and i'm going to try and explain it the best i can.  I believe these all might tie in together so i'll explain each problem. I'm USING an XP Home Edition HP system. First off when ever i try to download files they will pause at a certain percentage and i have to restart them at least 5 - 10 times to get the file to finish. Using a comcast cable modem by the way so its not a speed problem. Second certain webpages i have to refresh to get the whole page to LOAD at certain times. Third is when i visit this one page called www.petesbits.com and i try to listen to a clip it cuts off about half way through and just stops. This might also be a windows 10 media player error as well. I was thinking that maybe all these tie in together and have not been able to find a solution online anywhere and it this seemed like a great place to GO. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
