download problems.can someone tell me whats wrong in simple terms as im not computer literate.when trying to watch movies downloads from windows media player press on download nothing happens sometimes it does then i press download then it downloads theni press open when downloaded. then it says unable to open or read file its so frustrating.i think some files might be correpted or missing i realy dont know.i have installed things like QUICK time divex etc nothing works help/sometimes when downloading statemement says you nead to install new codec for windows media player to operate so i do that then it says somethin like cant find file unable to read or etc.Please take the time to explain your problem again using white LINES and punctuation.

And give us more information on the problem as well.
