That depends on a lot of things. What type of broadband? (Cable, DSL, Satellite, T1, OC192) Who is the service with? Hopefully it was transferred to the NEW house. How was the broadband connected to the COMPUTER?(Ethernet cable, USB, via a Router, etc.)does the isp know the new phone number......is the place where your friend is broadband ENABLED?
