Answer» WinXP When I go into CONTROL Panel>Display>Theme>Browse>My Pictures, my JPEG picture files do not show. Is that normal? I can't remember for sure, but I think I used to be able to browse my pictures and select one for my Display Theme. You mean desktop background and browse for jpeg files? You could always use the Appearance TAB, Advanced to change certain colors or fonts. Some changes may affect certain programs. The drop-down has a "browse" selection that lets you go to My Pictures, but you can't see the JPEG files.
