Solve : Dell Rant?

Answer»

Going to get a SCREW driver tomorrow so I can fix this annoying sound issue. I have a set of headphones that work in EITHER mono or stereo. If I tilt the laptop to the right, I get stereo sound and sound from the internal speakers. Bit bizarre, seeing as nothing is rolling AROUND inside that I can tell. Anyway, I'll pull this laptop apart tomorrow and see if it isn't a loose cable. I think it is, the daughter board is on the right side of the laptop, and tilting it to the right to make it work in stereo makes sense.Hey Man I have a question I have Walkman Headphone for a CD player.

Do you think it will work if I put them in my head phone area
NVm this works.Quote from: Carbon Dudeoxide on October 02, 2008, 05:24:24 AM

Oh joy.....another argument.

I don't see any problem with Dell and quite FRANKLY, I don't know what everyone else is saying when they say 'Dells are cheap pieces of rubbish that break easier'.
One of my 'experimental' laptops sitting next to me is a Dell Inspiron 4000. Tough little bugger, too. 5 years old after constant ABUSE from its previous ownerS.

there called Fanboys.

They annoy me so much.
