My son GRADUATES IT and CS next May and he uses Linux almost exclusively.

Well if you buy a laptop that is SUPPOSED to come with something, and it doesn't, I believe a refund is fair.i voted fair cuz you shouldnt pay for some thing that you dont need/want/or wont use
