Answer» i just bought a dell pc at the local THRIFT store,an 8200 dimension.it CAME with windows MILLENIUM but was upgraded to windows xp.when i start it up windows loads but there are 2 user ACCOUNTS that are PASSWORD protected.how do i bypass this and get windows to load so i can create a new user account?Reinstall Windows. |
