I'm sorry to put this as a new post but THANK THANK THANK YOU for your help on the defrag. I keep trying to post or reply and get an error but I want to THANK everyone for their help.
The defrag was going on every DAY for months for hours. I deleted several things using Control-ALT-Del that I have no IDEA what they are: Hpsivxd Ccappp asiserve osa reminder loadqm stimon find fast and a few that I did know like printer in sleep MODE and n protect and the defrag was FINISHED in a very LITTLE time and didn't start again this AM
