Answer» can ANYONE explain debugging please? if a PROGRAME on my computer freezed it says it cant be closes and that if it is being debugged, close the debugger, however i have certiantly nmot asked for the programmme to be 'debugged' so how can i close the programme without shutting down my computer? sorry about the awfull spelling but i cant check it to correct it as i currently have a programme that refuses to close, obscuring my view!! The pc in question is unsure of the script. ctrl+alt+del in win2k/winxp........brings up the task manager..What program is crashing on you?It asks for a Yes/No option.
Choose the other one.it was the task manager that i was using to try to use to close the programme. it was windows media player that had crashed at that point but the debugging message occurs at least once a week with various programmes.Virus scanners AVG Free -- Anti virus scanner Trend Micro Housecall -- Online anti virus scanner.
