Answer» my moniter on another computer just went BLACK and i cant fix it and its not a computer PROBLEM and no the moniter isnt turned off Is this an old monitor? How old? Have you checked the connections? Have you tried restarting the computer? What other, if any, quick fixes have you tried? Can you try plugging in the monitor you're USING into the other computer to see if it works?its only 2 or so years old all the conections are in place and the thing to make it briter dosnt help Okay. Is it possible to take the monitor you're using on this computer (the one you're using now), and plug it into the ailing computer? If you can, please do so. Check to see if the monitor works. If it does, we know the monitor DIED and needs replacing. If not, then we'll try something ELSE.
