Solve : cursor stopped working?

T have a Dell laptop,any ideas? took it in to have it FIXED,worked for 5 min then stopped again.just get a new oneSend it in to get fixed again, make sure you get them to repair it for free!

Tell them whatever you payed for before didn't work.

Very helpful. either whatever they did didn't work or they didn't ACTUALLY do anything; either way, it doesn't work and you paid them to fix it. Go with Carbons advice.

nothing is said about a mouse at all. Where is this new information coming from? Sounds to me like a battery issue.
