Answer» T have a Dell laptop,any ideas? took it in to have it FIXED,worked for 5 min then stopped again.just get a new oneSend it in to get fixed again, make sure you get them to repair it for free! just get a new oneVery helpful. either whatever they did didn't work or they didn't ACTUALLY do anything; either way, it doesn't work and you paid them to fix it.
