Some Advice PleaseDo you have memeoAutoBackUp: http://www.memeo.com/ installed, and running as a startup?(memeoAutoBackUp) I don't know. should it be there?Check in Add\Remove. You don't recall installing it? What is LCS?lcs=local computer storecheck for a large amount of memeo log files. One user got 141 GB of them on his C drive

Maybe store installed something for you. Check Add\Remove.memo log files how do you check for that? i found NOTHING in the add/remove sectionClik on the ink DIAS kindly PROVIDED for more info...
As I stated earlier "memeoservice.exe" was taking all of my CPU Usage. I google that term and REALIZED this was associated with the "Autobackup" program from Seagate. I then went to Add/Remove and removed it and now CPU Usage is below 5% at idle.Good
