I have another problem with my Dell Dimension 3000.
 
 Sometimes when I launch SeaMonkey (a MOZILLA system), I GET this MESSAGE:

  Couldn't launch XPCOM.

  I tried the SeaMonkey newsgroup, and I didn't get anything.

  Can someone help me?
