Solve : corrupt HDD?

Answer»

I WRONGLY adding Non-ECC RAM to a motherboard that does not
support it. The system will no longer REBOOT. After removing
the wrong RAM the BOIS does see the OLD RAM, but it will not
boot now. What does show up is the blue screen, but only for
an instant then will go to the SAFE mode screen. It makes no
difference what is selected the computer just attempts to
reboot again.
If I replace the HDD with an older one that was used in this
computer, it boot up fine.
It seems that the wrong RAM corrupted something on the HDD?
How can I fix this?

Regards,
Tom
