Solve : copy worksheet in excell?

I am getting the following error when I TRY to move or copy a sheet in excel, I have rebooted already and it is STILL doing this. Error:

Microsoft Visual Basic
Path/File access errer: '\VB22.tmp'

Thanks for your help!Is this win2k/winxp..........must be to have excel.....are you the admin of this pc?CONSIDERING the .tmp extension, I would try emptying the temporary files FOLDER in C:\Windows\Temp
