ive collected so many icons (more or less 2000) but most of them they are on .png files
i want to convert them into a ICON file and i used this "Any to icon 3.3"


it works ok but i noticed when it convert a file with grey shadow the result "the grey shadow turns to black/dark shadow" and the smoth edges are turning to rough

Can anyone recomend me BETTER than this?

You can make a Windows Icon file by going into PAINT
Making a small (or larger) picture
and go to Save As, select BMP, and save as
inconname.ico

Just add .ico to the end of the name, and it should show as an icon.Never tried this in XP, but in win9x you can use any .bmp image as an icon.I am fairly sure it works in 9x and XP... we shall seeQuote
