Answer» FIRST my windows Dell xp was BOUGHT in 2002 Last week and weekend I was getting error msg Ordinal 414 cannot be found in link library urlmon.dll So I tried to do a restore it was some what successful until I woke up today no when I try to GET on it says autodsk atuochk something then it goes to a blue screen " STOP: c000021a{Fatal system Error} the session Manager initialization system process TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY with status of 0xc000003a ( 0x00000000 0x00000000) the system has been shut down pleas help helpCan you start the computer in Safe Mode?
