I have friends who live in the PHILIPPINES. I make videos here in the USA and send them to my friends. EVERYTHING works fine here, but when they try to view the video in the Philippines, they say the video is fast, like it GOING in fast forward. Would it be something I'm doing on my side here, or is there a problem in the Philippines. Could anyone help me out on this?We'll try but we will need much more info than that.

What FORMAT are you saving your videos?
How are you making and saving them?

This is what I do, I make video from my webcam "Loditech 9000". It then saves it to "My Videos" in "My Documents". I write e-mail to friends, then I attach file from "My Documents" to my e-mail, then send it. They get my e-mail in Philippines and open file from e-mail. I have "Internent Explorer" and I try sending through Yahoo and AOL. If I can help you more, please let me know. Thank you...Did you try to watch recorder video before sending it out?Also,
