That may be your problem. What are the names of these two programs? Two anti-virus programs can be bad. That may be your problem. What are the names of these two programs?
Also, when was the last time you blew the dust out of your computer with a can of compressed air?I've asked for a lot of detailed information and you refuse to help us help you. I can't speak for anyone else, but until you start providing useful information I'm done trying to pull teeth.
