Type in (or copy and paste): cmd /c ping google.com>%temp%\$.$¬epad %temp%\$.$ and press Enter. 3. Notepad will open. 4. Upon looking this morning it actually doesn't find the drivers i mentioned which was for the fast ethernet however they were present on XP (she is now on windows 7) which is what she reinstalled on those 3 occasions.
