Answer» My computer BOOTS normally however when it gets to where you get where you enter password, the screen is a blank colored screen. I have the mouse icon, internet, ease of access and shut down/restart. Everything ELSE is blank. I tried f8. It does not work. I can get to f2. In F12, there is one option. I do not know what to do. What can I do? what is your OS? on the screen you can get to, when you CLICK Restart also hold down the Shift key, that'll reboot the PC into SAFE Mode, does that work at all?
