Solve : Computer Keeps shutting down?? |

Answer» I have XP on my other computer and whenever i TRY to turn it on it goes XP loading COMPONENTS then shut downs? Need help?try going into safe mode. Right click on my computer and click properties. Go the the advanced tab, go to startup & recovery and click and unchecking the automatic restart. You should then be able to see what is an error message "blue screen". While in safe mode, you might want to check event viewer and see if there are any SIGNIFICANT error entries. Post back the results.Have you made any changes to your SYSTEM prior to this incident? Do you have virus protection? |
