adaware

avg free anti-spyware

Ccleaner(use the issues SBAN to clean up the register, back up when ask)

update them all

turn off system restore


reboot in safe mode

do all of the scanswell i alredy have ccleaner and adaware and i run them quite frequently. I was unable to find the others. I was told that my anitvirus program has that all included. Aparently pc-cillin was the best on the market at the moment. But other wise i ran the programs you said and still the problem remains. I have tried many things just like the things that people are suggesting. I thank you all for your HELP but i think we are missing something. I dont surf the net or download much. I am very certain of that. This is a NEW computer which i am yet to put on a downloading program.I hardly think this is a virus.
any other ideas?Being a new computer you should return it to the shop & give them the problem.

Have you been playing in the BIOS settings?The best advice yet. IN regards 2 FED i woodnt evan no wat the BIOS is lol THATS a good idea will be done 2morow.
