Answer» Is anyone aware of some type of conversion program I could use to access 16-bit or 32-bit files using Vista OS (which I think is 64-bit.) currently, I'm not able to do anything at all with these OLD files created when I was using XP and earlier versions of windows. Files or programs? Files don't CARE if you're running 32 or 64 bit.These are data files ( some photos and misc. calendars, CARDS, etc. ) some of the files are listed as PDA, PDC, and PCC. the only ones I can access are the tiff files. What program was used to create these files ? ?Under Win 64-bit, you cannot to launch an old 16-bit programs.
