It contains a subfolder "Belkin 54Mbps wireless utility" which contains "Driver" & "TOOLS" sub folders. In tools is a driver removal utility. in drivers are PCI & PCMCIA drivers! Its just not supposed to open on Boot but it does! even without the card in place. I put it down to a faulty initial installation, but a re-installation has not cured the problem so I IMAGINE its something amiss in the registry?
