Answer» My parent's computer keeps saying that their computer battery is low. Does that mean it needs to be replaced or that someone like a technician needs to flash the BIOS? I TRIED to HELP them the best I can but I don't know as much about hardware as I do with SOFTWARE so I hope someone can help me out here, thanks!what battery?, it's laptop battery or desktop motherboard battery? if it's motherboard battery, just replace it. i BELIEVE you can get it in any shop near byYou do NOT need to flash the BIOS. A replacement is about $5 at a computer STORE, Radio Shack, etc. It takes less than a minute and not even removing a screw is involved.
