Solve : color settings changed?

I tried a new theme from the web and it said it changed
the COLOR settings, I DELETED it but still have a RED tint in
the top CENTER area of my screen. I tried resetting the DEFAULT settings on my video card but nothing gets rid of it. Any idea how i can solve this?
