Answer» hi, i dont know if this is where i ask this KIND of question but i need help. i got a computer and when i went to install aol on it it said that i needed 256 colors. So i went to change it and it said that i could only have 2 or 16 is there something to do to MAKE this higher? to download something, or what?Because of not having all the colors i cant SEE all of the things on aol like the buttons to press for previous and next and home. Do you see a yellow icon with a black exclamation point next to the Sound, Video and Game Controllers item? Try this:

1. Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties from the context menu.
