Solve : Check, please - Norton Removal Tool web page?

Answer»

When I go to Norton Removal TOOL: http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039, using Firefox, I'm getting this pop-up:

IE doesn't produce such error.
Can you check it for me, please?Seems FINE. Firefox 2.Hmmm...Opera seems to be OK, too.
I got this error last night for the first time, I guess.
I need to do some checking.I found nothing.
Must be "Norton's revenge"....LOLSounds like them I knew, they had long arms, but not to this extend....LOLWorks fine on FireFox 3.0.1
Alright, so now, you guys tell me, why I'm getting this error...I opened page source, and line 533 says:
s.prop2="us"

There are similar lines before, and after line 533, so I don't know what's wrong with line 533:

s.pageName="KB: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool"
s.channel="Home and Home Office: Support: KB"
s.pageType=""
s.prop1="NAM"
s.prop2="us" (<-------line 533)
s.prop3="en"
s.prop13="2005033108162039"
/* E-commerce Variables */
s.campaign=""
s.state=""
s.zip=""
s.events=""
s.products=""
s.purchaseID=""

Heres the page source, the script where the error occurs:

<script language="JavaScript"><!--
/* You may give each page an identifying name, server, and channel on
the next lines. */
s.pageName="KB: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool"
s.channel="Home and Home Office: Support: KB"
s.pageType=""
s.prop1="NAM"
s.prop2="us"
s.prop3="en"
s.prop13="2005033108162039"
/* E-commerce Variables */
s.campaign=""
s.state=""
s.zip=""
s.events=""
s.products=""
s.purchaseID=""
s.eVar1=""
s.eVar2=""
s.eVar3=""
s.eVar4=""
s.eVar5=""
/************* DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE ! **************/
var s_code=s.t();if(s_code)document.write(s_code)//--></script>
<script language="JavaScript">

The bold, underlined text is line 533
EDIT: Looks like you beat me too it, Broni. Probably just a mistake by the programmer. Quote

Probably just a mistake by the programmer.
I'd totally agree on this, but why it shows up on my Firefox, but not yours, or Carbon's? Quote from: Broni on August 02, 2008, 10:49:17 PM
