Hello i currently USE WINDOWS XP.

I was WONDERING if i can have Japanese for one user account and have chinese on a different user account on the same computer so i don't need to restart each time i need to switch between Japanese and Chinese.

if anyone knows how to do this please HELP  Here Ya Go...
