Answer» How can I change a CD that can be READ in windows 95, so that I can read it in windows xpall CD's should be able to be read by both 95 and XP, the program on that CD MAY not be compatible with XP. if it is pictures or MUSIC then I would try it on ANTHER computer to verfiy the disk is good and its not the cd drive on your XP machine.
