OK.... a couple of weeks ago my computer starting printing out documents at 200%-- I don't know what WRONG button got pushed and my roommate swears she didn't touch the computer.

Now, every time I print I have to go to print properties and turn manual scaling off...... it seems to work for every document in a particular session (i.e., I don't have to keep turning it off) but if I go away and come back I have to sit down and check again. I've searched for help on this and probably am not using the right keywords...... any help here??

Oops... I guess knowing the program would help!!! Am using Microsoft Word 2000 on Windows XP..... this is so bizarre!Have you tried to go to View and then zoom at the top of the word document and select 100%?

By the WAY, I have seen this before without anyone touching the machine. Most of the time it comes from a document that is "zoomed".

I just tried your SUGGESTION..... when i go to view it shows the zoom at 100%. But when I then go to print properties, it is STILL showing 200%.
