Answer» can anyone help my CD tray just refuses to OPEN yet EVERYTHING says its working properly any help would be APPRECIATED. kop...There should be a small hole in front of your cd drive........straighten out a paper clip and insert it into the hole ... you should be able to open it manually DL65 Press the eject button and then try to press the try from several sides to open it AUTOMATICALLY.
