Solve : CD Drive...again? |

Answer» All right. Thought I solved this problem, but it DECIDED to come back. Previously, my CD Drive would function mechanically, but had disappeared from My Computer, and refused to boot up CDs and CD-ROMs. Now, it BOOTS up, but the CD-ROMs won't work, and once in a while it won't work mechanically either. Would this be solved by GETTING a cleaner for the drive? Or if not, any ideas as to what I should do? Sorry if I'm being a nuisance. is this winxp.?.....if so you may need the cdgone REG patch |
