Answer» I have always had aol on my computer, one day I couldn't log on, computer froze, i have never been able to log on again, i DELETED the whole program and reinstalled, i cannot connect to aol now, computer will not LET me connect there is nothing WRONG with cable connection aol said it is not their problem hp said its not their problem roadrunner says its not their problem what do i do?DJ: I'd call AOL and spell it out for them: Either they give you the tech support you need or a REFUND, then go with a different ISP.Personally, I use Verizon DSL, and it's great!
