Answer» Last winter I reformatted my HD and re-installed Windows 7 (64 bit). At that time I lost my Flight simulator game that I enjoyed a lot. Lately I tried to re-install my Flight Simulator game but I get the message "ERROR InstallShield Runtime". Is there a quick fix to this? What is the exact game you are installing to check on its compatibility?
Is this an INSTALLATION from Disc or a download off the internet?Hi DaveLembke. Thank you for the come back. The exact name is: "Microsoft Flight Simulator" "Deluxe edition". It is on two DVD's.
It is one of the software packages that was awarded to me by Microdot for participating in a development program that they had going. (Which was preempted by "MY Space"). It was not compatible with Windows Vista but was compatible with Windows 7 which is the OS that I am now using. Microsoft has some fix methods here... have you tried this YET?
