After reset win10 loads but then it hangs on in the welcome SCREEN
can anyone help And you wonder why it don't boot ? ?
Hope you backed up the REGISTRY...If you crash windows 4 times, MEANING disconnect power before it boots it will load the windows repair screen.

You may have a restore point you can go back to or use startup repair as well there is the option of starting in safe mode.
As a last resort you can RELOAD a copy of windows over the top keeping data.
I like to back the hard drive up before doing this as often it leaves windows booting but missing some programs and data.
