I can't sign onto my profile at cwtv.com
Everytime I enter my screenname and password, it loads and it comes back blank. The section of the screename and password comes back blank. How can I FIX this problem? I am using AOL.What web browser do you USE? Is it something from AOL?I use AOL 9.0I'm not an AOL user. Once you have an Internet connection via AOL, can you use Internet Explorer? No, I have Optonline also, but I can't use any other browser because my IP ADDRESS was banned from the site.
I can only use my AOL IP because it was not banned. The problem is I can't sign into my account with AOL.If you we're banned it's quite possible they have closed your account...

6. Reset all 4 security zones to Default

Reset cookie settings

6. Click Restore Default button

REMOVE Cookies, temporary files (cache) and history
