Answer» I have a Gateway at my work and when I turn the computer on I can't get Windows XP to open in normal or safe mode. The BLUE screen comes up and says, "OPENING Windows", but it never opens. Would someone happen to know what's going on and if I can possibly fix it myself. Thanks.Try disconnecting all peripherals and see if it will start up fully without having to load too many drivers. |
