I don't get any error messages, everything just seems to hang there! I run WINDOWS 7 64 bit. This has suddenly come on and my system RESTORE WONT??? HELP! Plz What protection apps do you have ? ? Yes I have used some cleaners not any reg cleaners tho mate!

I have run AVG INTERNET PROTECTION; MAILWAREBITES; SUPERANYISPYWEAR & SPYWARE TERMINATOR ...all have come up clean lads! Boot to F8...select Advanced boot Menu...select Startup Repair and hit Enter...

This has not helped patio mate. I think it is an IE problem. I have IE 10, in so far as I am aware. What if I re-install it guys???
