Answer» when I try and dl anything an error message comes up "you do not have ACCESS to make the required system configuration modifications. PLEASE rerun this installation from an ADMINISTRATORS account" this is a PERSONAL computer. I'm running windows me and it's driving me nuts! Can any one help?Is this your pc......?? Scan for bugs///////reboot pc and try again to delete file/folder.....options.. More info on software used.......like firewalls//internet explorer ........etc....i have internet explorer 6.o. have avg virus scan. and YES it's my pc. i've tried scanning for bugs. rebooting the likes and still nothing.this problem came about about a month ago previous to this no problems. with everything i was running. just came out of the blue.
