Answer» Ok, so I POSSES a Canon FS100 CAMCORDER. When I insert an sd-memory card into the camcorder and try to take a PICTURE or record a video a message appears stating, "The Card is Set for Erasure Prevention". I have tryed using a few differant memory cards with the camcorder. Any help would be much appreciated. Notes: -I have CHECKED on Canons website but could not find an answer. -After calling Canons Customer Support I still could not find an Answer. -Yes, I have made sure the lock switch on the side of the SD card is off.Possibly SD card interface (socket) in camera is damaged or dirty. How could I clean it/ fix it?Take it to a camera repair shop.
