Is this one of those "You'll know it when you see it"?GO here: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.ie5 and delete everything. maybe Index.dat won't be DELETED but thats no problem. then go up 1 FOLDER (C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) and delete everything. then go to C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\history and delete everything. this should clear all your history.
