first of, I have windows xp on my other laptop but i can USE it because if a bluescreen iqr_notequall_or_less somthing came up, Its a blue screen, Now im trying to reformat it using a bootable usb using rufus, when im about to reformat it. it SAYS "bootmgr is corrupted, system cannot boot" Im trying to install windows 7.. I tried to install windos xp but its no use. when it's installing, somewhere on the middle the bluescreen IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Appears. i dont know, is something disconnected inside my laptop.
