Solve : Booking multiple attendee times for one agenda? |

Answer» We are a company that uses Outlook 2002. When scheduling INTERVIEWS for candidates, we NEED to book them for several hiring managers, thus multiple people's times. We can send a meeting request, but it would be time-consuming to do a meeting request to each interviewer for one candidate. We COULD send one meeting request but that would BLOCK all interviewers' calendars for the entire day versus their individual time. |
