Has anyone got a download for BLUETOOTH for the pc so that I can connect with a phone, thanks for any help.If your computer and phone both have Bluetooth capability then you should have everything you need.  You will need to pair the 2 but once paired, you should be able to transfer files between them.  In Win 7, look for a Bluetooth icon in the system tray, right-click on it and select "Add a device...".  You will also need to turn your phone's Bluetooth on, set the phone to "discoverable".   More info...
It's raining and i can't see the PC or phone from here...I cannot see bluetooth in my pc files etc, anywhere.

The phone is a Samsung GT C3590

PC is self built, what do you need to know ? don't ask difficult questions

When you built the PC, did you install any Bluetooth hardware or is it possibly built-in to the motherboard?  Typically, Bluetooth is an additional piece of hardware (card or USB dongle).I believe the answer is no but I will find out the man who built it lives two doors away  The answer is no

Did you tell the computer to search for Bluetooth devices?  Did you set the phone's Bluetooth to "Discoverable"?  I'm not sure of your Bluetooth knowledge.  In order to "pair" Bluetooth devices, one device needs to be set to "discoverable" so that when another device searches for it, it will be found.  The Bluetooth devices do not normally automatically search nor are they automatically discoverable.
